A warm welcome to Alana Mitchem, who recently joined the E|S litigation team. A Creighton University School of Law graduate, Mitchem brings an incredible amount of insurance defense experience and a tenacity to produce the best results for her clients. Her practice areas include Insurance Defense, Employment Law, and Workers’ Compensation.

Alana received her BA and MA from St. John’s University in New York City. As a former collegiate soccer player and now coach, her real-life experience has helped to encourage a collaborative mindset and impeccable work ethic.

“I have a fair amount of court experience for a young attorney,” says Alana, “This will help in my new position as I’m confident to assist in any phase of litigation, whether it be drafting pleadings or appearing before the Court.”
