William Connolly (Ret.) serves as a neutral party, providing Mediation and Arbitration services at Erickson|Sederstrom.  Judge Connolly is uniquely qualified to serve as a mediator and arbitrator.  As a Judge on the Nebraska Supreme Court for 24 years, he wrote over 800 opinions involving complex commercial litigation, real estate, personal injury, contractual dispute, and product liability matters.  As an experienced trial attorney with 29 years of experience, he represented both plaintiffs and defendants.  With his extensive experience in a wide range of cases, Judge Connolly is prepared to work toward the most effective resolution of your case.
