Virgil K. Johnson has practiced with Erickson | Sederstrom, P.C for over forty years. Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in both corporate law and estate planning. His corporate law experience includes formation and representation of start-up and public companies with significant experience in financing and purchasing businesses and franchises, mostly within the technology and manufacturing industries. His estate planning experience includes will and trust creation and the administration of trusts and probate. Mr. Johnson also has extensive experience in HUD and tax-free bond financing. Mr. Johnson is also the Norwegian Consul for the State of Nebraska.
