Prior to joining Erickson | Sederstrom, Joe was in practice with his father, Clayton Byam, and Thomas F. Hoarty, Jr. under the firm name of Byam & Hoarty. Joe’s son, Joseph C. Byam II, joined the Byam & Hoarty firm in 2011
