With a zoning and land use specialization, John boasts a rich history of involvement in commercial, industrial, and residential development, leasing, and ownership. He has substantial experience in oil and gas leasing transactions, carbon sequestration, and related pipeline easements for property owners and pipeline companies.

John earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. from Creighton University. He maintains active membership in the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association.
