Erin Robak is a member of ES Law’s litigation group.
With over 18 years of experience, Erin represents clients in both state and federal courts, providing strong advocacy and practical solutions for complex disputes. Erin is an experienced attorney with a broad range of commercial litigation experience. Erin routinely handles matters involving real estate law, construction law, and trusts and estates. Erin has substantial experience with litigation involving claims of breach of contract, fiduciary duty litigation, intellectual property and shareholder disputes. Additional Information
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends at Husker games and concerts.
Erin serves on the Board for Youth Care and Beyond, a local non-profit organization.
