Dan graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2013. He is a member of Erickson Sederstrom’s Estate, Probate and Trust Law Division. Dan’s practice consists of estate and gift planning, trust administration, probate of client estates, and federal and state taxation.

Additional Information

Dan serves as Planned Giving Counsel to Mosaic, a national not-for-profit organization which serves the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Dan is a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club of Omaha and Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church. He also enjoys being an adjunct professor at Creighton University School of Law. He is married to his wife Katie and they have three children.
