Charles B. Garman is an attorney with 20 years of experience in a myriad of legal fields. His first love is estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Charles is licensed in Nebraska and Iowa and has been with the firm since 2026.

Charles served in the Army National Guard from 1999 to 2011 and was activated in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving in an Artillery unit. Having grown up in Germany, he obtained his Abitur in Wilhelmshaven, Germany before moving back to the United States, and obtaining his B.A from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD and his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. In his off time he spends time with his wife and four children, volunteers with his church, St. Timothy’s, and his lodge Nebraska Lodge 1 AF &AM.

Charles’ approach to law is to take every client’s concerns seriously and use his amassed experience to help clients through their troubles. He views himself as a problem solver and enjoys guiding others through their estate planning needs.
