Andrew helps personal and business clients meet a variety of legal needs. Andrew provides proactive, goal-oriented legal services to accomplish his clients’ goals as efficiently as possible. In Andrew’s business practice, he serves as general counsel to businesses of all types and sizes, from formation and startup to operations and governance to mergers and acquisitions. In his litigation practice, Andrew helps his clients navigate complex commercial and insurance disputes in all phases and venues, from negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, to administrative and quasi-judicial matters to formal trial and appeal.
